Very well maintained modern and updated recently. Staff was very friendly lots of parking even if you have a trailer. Shower has bottles of shampoo body wash and conditioner for your use. Large bottles mounted to the wall. Bed is awesome. Towels are soft fluffy and clean. Room has refrigerator coffee maker hair dryer microwave and in Room safe. Price was very reasonable for what I got to stay in.

This is a great establishment and the staff at the front desk are very nice and extremely accommodating to all my requests. They even go out of their way to cook a free dinner for the guests! The rooms are very clean and offer free items upon request! Highly recommend!
Great service! Good atmosphere. Some issues at check in but resolved after a few minutes. HBO in the rooms. Small gym but functional. They had an unheated pool but it was great after getting a workout. They had drinks and snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday which was a really nice thing. Will stay here again.
I came here for work on my way to my destination and it is very clean, looks great. The inside of the room had two queen beds, super comfortable! I had a really good night's sleep. The bathroom looks really fancy too with a good amount of supplies to clean yourself up (not like those tiny bottles you get sometimes). Definitely a good place to stay the night. I believe it was around 120 a night though so it's a little spendy, but not too bad (Don't quote me on the price because it was paid by the company I work for and this is just a ballpark estimate).
This newer hotel has great rates, a pool and free breakfast. We have stayed here on our drives from Utah to California and back. Elko is an excellent stopping point as it has the most restaurants and shopping along Interstate 80 in Nevada other than Reno.

This is a fairly new facility and was well appointed and close to the Interstate. My only suggestion to Corporate and Franchise management is to offer a discount on room rates if you don't take advantage of the breakfast offerings. With the covid situation as it is I understand the safety issues with serving food. I would rather you take 20-30 off the rate with no breakfast than to be offered cold cereal, microwave burrito, or other less than quality products. In other words I'd would much rather eat fresh or semi fresh food at McDonald's and yet still continue to use Holiday Inn Express as my go to for nightly accommodations. With that being said we stayed here twice during our trip and will stay again the next time we are in the area.
Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Elko does not allow me to collect my loyalty points when I visit under a company account stop very pleased about this
