I'll be honest and say this is not my first choice of craft store. If you want to choose from a variety of fabric, this is hands down the place to go. If you just need extra paint, craft supplies, or you're looking for decor- it's pretty spendy. Staff is always nice and ready to help point you in the right direction. There are a lot of sales and coupons availiable, if you are handy with that sort of stuff. Overall, not a bad place, if you dont mind spending a little extra.

Was trying to find fabric for my wedding for my head table that seats my bridal party. I don't usually shop at Joanne's because I feel like the workers are usually stand offish towards me. I was working on a budget and was trying to figure out sale prices. I had help from a Man named Jeffery. He not only helped me figure out a way to make a nice table runner but also saved me money. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. It was a very pleasant shopping experience which I haven't had through alot of the wedding shopping I've done. I saved almost 100 Thanks so much Jeffrey for the great customer service!

Nice selection of fabric. They were out of 95% of Christmas items. The young lady cutting our fabric did not seem too happy to be at work. (No judgment here).My grand babies tried to elevate her spirits. No luck. She treated them like they were invisible. NOT ok. No one asked if we were finding everything ok. (Maybe they don't do that there.....but I could have used the help) This visit was on Friday 11-20-20 around 3 or 4.

I love the actual store. Employees are friendly, easy to find help and information. Buying online is a nightmare. I'm always charged more than once. (Even for curbside delivery) I was told they initially hold the funds to insure the card is good, then once the product(s) are sent the actual charge is posted. In the meantime the initial charge still shows up for no less than 10 days, and my funds are tied up. I will definitely not be shopping at Joanns online anymore, and with lots of online purchases happening in this day that will definitely be money lost.
