I was hung up on 3 times and I tried to call from other phones to ask about delivery and they still hung up. I called on February 27,2021. They need better employees because they said they turned off all of their ovens even though they don’t close for 3 more hours. NEVER TRYING TO ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Ordered a good amount of items they forgot one, called and they immediately corrected it. Delicious and hot complete with plates napkins forks and actually performed a no contact delivery. I would say 4.75 stars.
We ordered on-line, they said 20 minutes for the order to be done. We went over there 25 minutes after placing the order. We also choose curbside pick-up, we sat in the vehicle for 30 minutes before my spouse ended up going inside. Our order was done just sitting inside there. What happened to curbside pick-up? Then there's employees just in there with their hoodies on and standing at the registers drinking from their cups.
The store was great but an employee by the name of Chris was just amazing, went above and beyond what he had too!
This is the 2nd time in the last 4 months that I have ordered pizza hut on line and they can't seem to to read the order cause both times it's been wrong. In attemp to call the Elko store which you can't cause they keep transferring all over which takes about 40 minutes before you can get someone that speaks fluent English which is still not the Elko store. Why have a local number if you don't answer the dang phone. Elko pizza hut sucks!
I was happy i was able to use the restrooms. I did take out because the dining in area is close due to covid-19. They took 15 minutes as they mentioned. I didn't get a receipt which was weird but they took care of my order
I placed my online delivery order at 7:30, the website said to expect my order in 40-50 minutes. In an hour and fifteen minutes I received an order, NOT through contact less delivery as requested and it was the completely wrong order. I got and the said they'd remake my order and have it out to me within 20-25 minutes. Thirty minutes later the delivery person comes WITHOUT my order to take back the previously delivered wrong items per his managers instructions. Another 25 minutes later I finally receive my order. Why was it so important to grab the wrong order? I know they aren't giving it to the person who actually ordered it at this point. We hadn't eaten it and had no problem returning it, but why couldn't they bring my order at the same time?! Terrible customer service. I don't need anything for free, but after all this, not even to offer anything for the wait and 3 face to face interactions with the delivery person after requesting contact less delivery??? Crazy
