Just moved here. I had 1 can and large box on the street. They emptied the can and left the box. I looked down the street and saw several neighbors with their cans tipped over and extra trash left sitting in the street. Why pay for service if they wont pick up anything that is not in the can and just throw the cans wherever after they are emptied?!?!

Have been trying to get service for 3 1/2 weeks called literally 15 times and left messages and no one ever responds maybe should call the city so they can find someone that will take the contract and actually help their customers

So christmas eve is my pick up day and my neighbor parked their car about 2 foot away from my carts. The driver drives by like they dont exist. I push my carts further away from the car where they are very noticeable. The driver looks at them and continues like they dont exist. The whole time I'm calling their office. Now I get told the driver is done for the day and they can come the 26th for extra money. Your driver would still be on his route if he didnt pass cans at will.

I have been trying for the past week to pay my bill, however the phone is never answered. To top it off I get an email about my bill not beging paid yet. You need to fix this.
