One of the very few places you can take an old cat to be groomed. They treated my Alex with gentleness and respect, and he was much more comfortable when they were done. Very reasonable prices too.

These guys are amazing! Easy to get ahold of and responds in a timely manner. I found them on FB and am glad I did! We took our dog for a full cleaning and she came out smelling good, awesome nail trim, clean teeth and her fur felt amazing! Highly recommend!
We went to a different place to get both puppies nails trimmed. The place we went to was closed so we decided to go to shaggy dog. The moment we opened the door we had the lovely ladies greeting us. We seen them both grooming other dogs, but once we mentioned nails they did it right away. Both of the ladies their grabbed nail clippers a d got us out of there in a timely manner. They did an amazing job and very friendly.
Ashley and her team are amazing. They treat your pet like family. My Yorkie loves going there. He always looks so amazing when he’s done and always gets a bandana which he loves. Very fair priced! I highly recommend Shaggy Dawg Pet Grooming
They are really great. I always take my baby there. Great price and very friendly. Always remembers his name. I gave 4/5 because they don’t call you to confirm appointments. I’ve missed some appointments because I forget the dates and don’t have a reminder so I have to pay double when I go the next time.
If you want to feel comfortable and at ease leaving your fur baby while they are getting groomed, then this is the place. Ashley is kind, patient and does an amazing job. My dog loves her and gets all excited when we pull up to the shop and that makes me happy
Ashley and Sarah are the absolute best groomers you will find! My dog was always treated like he was one of their own and he absolutely adored both of them! His cuts and all other services were always great and exactly what I asked for. They are great about trying to accommodate your schedule, their rates are extremely reasonable and they offer the best customer service. We have since moved away from Elko but the one thing I wish I could have brought with me is Shaggy Dawg! They set the bar so high that I'm having a hard time finding a new groomer in South Carolina who comes anywhere close to them!
They do a great job grooming my dog. I won't take her any where else.
