Appointment date was set as "TBD." They were supposed to call the day before so we could set out our swamp cooler cover. No call. They used trash bags to cover the cooler. When I asked them to come out again to put the tarp and cover on, they said they'd have to charge me and it would be another 3 weeks from now. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM!!
Worst customer service. I had them come out to fix my furnace and gave them the the brand and what was going on. Guy was out there for 5 minutes, said it was "probably" the motor and blower, but would not work on it because its a P.O.S. (mind you my home is 5 years old) Then charged me 90, (originally wanted 140) When I called the office, they stated they told me up front they couldn't get parts, when they obviously didn't otherwise I would have no had them go out.
Spent quite a bit of money to fix a blower in November and one week waiting for parts and started acting up again. Now it will be atleast 2 weeks or more to come back out...i called someone else.
Snyder Mechanical is AWESOME! They have great customer service, and are very Prompt
Nobody knows whats going on around there! The work was NOT done as described! I would NEVER recommend this company for anything at all (
