The only reason I am giving it 5 stars is because I love my Eyebrow Tech Piper. The staff is friendly not always helpful but I come in for Piper.

I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic but the idea can’t touch anything it would be helpful to have more personal assistance. Also a lesson in cross contamination too for the associates because I wore my mask in but when I was in back by myself one associate said for me to pull up my mask. I pulled it down to breathe and I was way way way over 6 feet from anyone and I wasn’t coughing because that’s about the only thing a mask will help anyway and it’s the handling of the mask with your hands that is the biggest problem concentrating all those germs on that mask next to your mouth.

I went in there to complete a return, make an exhange, and a purchase with my toddler. The staff was so helpful and friendly, they were happy to take care of all my needs no questions asked. Such a wonderful experience, makes me want to go there all the time!

Very cool as far as they have pretty much any and all the makeup one might could think of. The staff on the other hand is lacking in customer service skills. I went in with a friend who was buying all this outrageously pricey makeup and she had a color match done and whatnot, and then another gal came up and offered my friend a sample. I politely turn to her and asked if I could please have a sample as well, and she looks over at me and kind of looks me up and down scoffs and walked off. My jaw hit the floor. I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't holding 100 worth of their products but I put down the few things had and spent the rest of my time there waiting outside for my friend to finish.... when it was all said and done my friend gave me her sample. So yeah, very very unprofessional staff, just downright rude.

Tried getting in twice to get my eyebrows done. The first time they cancelled on me an hour before my appointment. The second time they called me a day before and asked me if I could change my time to later on the day so I did. I came in and they told me i couldn’t get my eyebrows done because i needed a parent with me since I’m 17. However, I had no problem months prior on getting my eyebrows done there. If this a corporate rule, you should inform your clients before they drive an hour to get there. Was very upset.

I went in for a haircut and was extremely disappointed because the stylist, Carolina, didn’t listen to anything I said. I asked for an inverted(sharp angle from back to front) messy bob. Instead, I got a clean, blunt bob. My hair is now all one length and there is no texture to my hair whatsoever, except for the bangs. I could have asked her to texturize my hair, but I had already spent an hour and 10 minutes in her chair and I had dinner plans with my husband. I have really fine hair and have never spent that long for a haircut. The longest visit to a salon was an hour and a half, and that was for cut and color. I asked for a messy, textured bob because I don’t spend time styling my hair at all. I just want to put some product in it and go. I am now at Great Clips to put some texture in my hair in order to get what I asked for; a messy bob. The haircut she gave me looked cute at Ulta, but today it looks crappy because I don’t know how or want to style it. It is not a bad haircut, just not the one I asked for. I had to stop her curling my hair, since I mentioned twice that I’m not going to spend time styling it. This was slightly after she burnt my scalp with the blow dryer. I knew early in that I was in trouble because she barely asked any questions., like the front length, so of course it is shorter than I wanted. Also, during cutting she asked her colleague if an inverted bob is the same as an A-line. Maybe ask the client if you don’t know what it is. It doesn’t matter because I got a blunt bob. If there is any angle to it, I can’t tell.
