Arrived at 13:43 at drive through was told pharmacy did not open till 14:00, so I waited. Pushed call button again and was told they have a long line inside and it would be a while. It’s now 14:24. Guess the customer inside are more important than the ones outside. Is it just or has customer service became worse with Walmart. Fires they believe they’re the only game in town. Have alreadyynstop shopping in the store and will stop using the pharmacy. The only reason they received a one star is because there no zero.

I am a chronic pain patient. My prescription was in their hands on Monday. They told me my insurance would not cover it, that the Dr had to call my ins. Called Dr. They took care of it. Tuesday, they said still not ready and my other prescriptions will not be ready until the following day at 2. Today, they do not have (and did not have) my pain medication. They said MAYBE Friday... From previous experience that means next Wed. EVERY prescription including non pain med, has been DRAMA with them. I am done, having my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy, at least one with better parking.

I am at the Elko pharmacy waiting to drop off prescriptions. The lady working at drop off is on a personal phone call which lasted 20 minutes. She calls me up and is rude to me apparently for interrupting her personal life. They take my scripts and tells me it will be at least an hour before it's ready. My question: If I get the 20 minutes back for waiting in line while you were on the phone maybe I only have to wait 45 minutes? I have been sitting here over an hour and it's still not ready.

When you have your times open posted online it would be nice to post the correct time.

Only giving you 1 star because I can't give you zero. I don't know if you realize that your "job" Id peoples lives. The difference between if you get my prescription right or wrong is the difference between me being able to be a mother or not that day. Each day you suck at your job is hours off a man's heart life. Everytime you guys forget to do something is another day I can't get up or another person's life shortens. It's unfortunate that every catty person in this pharmacy is picking their pride and Walmart job indignation over people SUFFERING. We get it. It's an inconvenience that so many people need whatever meds to be healthy. The 2hour waits are terrible but those we can handle . What we can't handle is having 3ectra days EVERY TIME we need our meds because someone forgot their job was to keep people alive and well. I understand you work long days and that phone call 30 minutes before closing is easy to let ring for 29 minutes and then hang up. Those things are the difference between us being able to parent, live an extra dayy, get relief for a throbbing problem or pain meds for cancer patients. I get that your job is hard. It doesn't change the fact that you people are rude condescending unhelpful miserable people who would rather have an easy job then saved somebody's children life or whatever other things medication does. If that's the case just find a different job because what you do changes people's lives and if you do it well great but if you do it bad it's not just a bad day at work it's somebody's life. Every time I've been there my prescription has been late every time. My order is wrong, or it's 3 hours late after already waiting 2 hours, or they told me it would be in today but really it's in tomorrow. Or it's 300 more than they told me it was originally. They don't answer their phone calls they don't have any type of bedside manner. And they don't care about people.
