Checked in around 10pm. Had very mixed feelings about this location. It appeared to be under new ownership or management. Don't know that for sure but it was the feeling I got from seeing the place and talking to staff. My room was clean but a little odd. The beds were all white and looked like someone forgot to put bed spread on them. Under closer examination, there was a sheet and what felt like a real thick second sheet on top. Odd, but sleep comfortably. Found a few real little pieces of tinfoil looking substance on sheet above pillows.... was it from fancy finger nails?? Want to wash my face, no bars of soap. Just three very little tubes: body wash, conditioner and body lotion. Not enough for a hand/face wash and shower the next morning. Called the front desk, clerk indicated they had no bar soap. So she brought me a small container of hand soap. It was warm and barely came out of container, again odd. But I appreciated her trying to help. For breakfast the next morning, it was pretty slim pickings so I decided to get juice from the dispenser and call it good. Was told the dispenser was out of order, but they had some cups of juice in fridge. Not a bad experience overall.... just odd. Hopefully just transitional issues.
I chose this hotel because it offered queen size mattresses, breakfast and overall rating was 4.2. But they are lying about it. Mattresses was FULL size (it’s important when you travel with kids) and it was no breakfast. Just nothing. I asked the reception lady about the size, she told me that it’s European Queen:) Besides that it was clean and normal hotel, but I would choose something else if they did provide a correct info.
Internet connection was NOT working. The password they gave me DID NOT work. I left 10 mins after checkin. Two networks and both did NOT work. No wonder the parking lot was empty. Paid 75 through hotels.com. I had to checkin to a nearby hotel by spending more than 100. They just don't care about fixing any issues.
I checked in late with no reservations and was helped by Bianca and another tall young man whom I did not get his name. Both of them were more than helpful. After checking into the room, one of the beds did have a small stain but after talking with Bianca, she was able to move us to another room with no trouble. Overall, great staff, location, and fair price. Keep it up!
it's one of the better places to stay in town I recommend going with the studio room for an extended stay.
Rooms were superb. Morning buffet was non-existent, but that's all right. And it's place they probably had the best option of any hotel we've stayed at in the last 10 days. The night before you fill out a sheet of what you desire from a long list of options. The young lady at check-in was perfect. The young man the next morning - apparently the end of the night shift - is charged with making coffee for the guest. Quite possibly he's not a coffee drinker as the coffee was probably the worst we've had in a week. Brand new, right out of the huge fresh pot, and it was lukewarm and had the intensity of broth. Not to worry though. Starbucks is right around the corner. Overall, not bad. The room and the rate made up for any indisposition.
Great place to stop. Establishment was very clean, Lisa at the front desk was awesome and our room was very comfortable. Thanks for an easy overnight stay.
