Dealt with this attorney for my own divorce proceedings. Unfortunately i don't have much positive things to say about her, Royzman knows her stuff, but at the same time she is the most distant, cold person I have ever met. Asking for clarification on anything is met with attitude and eye rolls. Any questions pertaining to her excessive charges are met with open hostility and, in my case, also ended in termination of her services few days before my next court date. It all started with my inquiry in to my monthly charges when we are out of contact for 2-3 months at a time as we await next court date, and the only form of communication that we had was a quick email reminding me of the next court date few days prior to the actual date. I never got any definitive explanation as to what the charges are for, since no actual services were rendered, but my invoices had a ton of charges associated with \email\ which Mrs. Royzman assured me are extremely discounted in price if charged at all.....yet when I decided to see for myself how much I am actually being charged, it turned out that i am paying 1.10 per word that Mrs. Royzman emailed me. Once brought to her attention, she refused to even look in to the matter and just dropped me as a client. P.S: Just for reference, If you were to read this review as an email received from Ella Royzman, this would cost you 311.30 (quote given from my personal experience with this attorney) and asking any further questions about the bill would likely result in hostile answer and possible termination of services.
