Placed order 3/31/19. “Shipped” & charged 4/3/19. Supposed to be delivered 4/11/19. Now no one knows where this package is... we are now on 4/15/19. I have contacted shipper, google, and UPS. Google offered me 20 for future purchases which is a discount code that is already available online (such a joke). Haven’t heard from shipper and UPS is investigating.

I gave 1 star only because I had to. Won't go back to this place ever again. They are RUDE and unorganized. They don't pull your load until after you arrive and they say its across the street.... Needless to say we didn't have all day and night to wait for them... We left without that part of our 3 pick up load.
