Had a trencher reserved. And they gave it to someone else. They called the evening before I was supposed to get it and asked if I still wanted it. I said yes and that I would be there in the morning to get it. I got there at 9:30 in the morning. And they had given it out to some one down the list. And you could clearly see my name and and the peice of equipment listed at the top of the page.
