To say that I’m grateful to Richard West & the Team at Acceptcards for all their help is an understatement! I was introduced to Richard via our Bankers following a change in Terms and Conditions with our existing provider, First Data which were unacceptable to the Club. Acceptcards originally arranged our card payment solution in 2013 with First Data, again following the introduction via our Bankers. I was reassured as Richard explained how the risk for card payments in certain sectors had changed since our original facility was approved but there were many, many options available and he would go to work on our behalf to find the best solution for the Club. I have to say having Acceptcards in my corner fighting for us was just amazing and Richard returned to me with alternative terms from a range of providers and we then were able to choose a supplier we were comfortable with on rates that were very competitive. I firmly believe that without Richard working with Kelly Ward at Elavon Merchant Services to find us our new deal with we were facing a very uncertain future as far as card payments were concerned, thank you so much for steering us through a tricky time.
