Ordered a tiny thing - a raincover for my backpack - and after a prompt courteous interaction with Kim a wee problem was resolved and I received the product, with which I am very happy. Suspect what I paid hardly covered her time plus the cost of postage - let alone the product itself - but the end result is BAC are now on my radar for outdoor equipment and I would definitely use them again. Little things, important things. I heartily recommend BAC to anyone who has read this far, and to anyone who stepped out long ago. The outdoors call and remain great. Maybe see you out there, good people...

After searching high and low for the best deal on a particular Rab, BAC Outdoor Leisure came up trumps with not only the best price but wonderful customer service. Coat ordered on the Friday and arrived on the Saturday. Perfect!!
