Great family company, always helpful but need to call them every 3-5 years when we replace the Liner kit of our FB1 stove. The stove itself is great, easy to use and yes the cool handle really is, no glove required!!

All members of staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Full technical advice and data were readily to hand and explained very well indeed. There wasn't an example of the model I was interested in on show, so one was brought from the warehouse and unpacked specially for me. Congratulations to all involved.

Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful company but I used them direct! No problems at all and trust me you get what you pay for there’s are solid not tinny like CHINA imports! This is one heavy solid unit I found it top draw, log burners all look similar but pay Skoda prices get Skoda quality! Invest in the Audi of burners and get a lump is steel that will out live you many thanks Hayley and Mike
