I just want to say a massive thank you to Reece and Sarah from Hunters. If it was not for them I would have lost my buyer for my flat. They went over and above to help me gain all the information I needed to complete the sale.If I asked for a document to be sent, it was sent immediately. I was asked a shed load of questions by my solicitor, about different elements of the management pack. These questions were answered very promptly. I wish my experience with my solicitor was as good. Thank you once again. You were both absolute stars.

We have only recently moved into an apartment managed by Hunters but so far our experience of the management company has been very positive. Firstly it is a pleasant change to be able to contact a company and actually speak with somebody, and in our case a person (Robert) who knows the property well. In addition, any queries that we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thanks, John Lawton

I have recently sold an apartment which was being managed by Hunters RBM. I emigrated from the UK in 2015 and therefore had my service charges on a regular standing order. Unfortunately, through human error although the service charge was paid, the ground rent was unpaid for last year. When I came to sell my property Hunters had added 144 for several letters to remind me of arrears. I spoke to them about this as I though it must be a mistake as I have never received any letter. They told me that despite charging 12, 24, 48 and then 60 they never actually sent any letters. They said they sent emails, which I confirmed to them that I had never received. Is it even legal to charge such amounts without issuing a written letter? In addition, in June last year I spoke with Hunters to order new gate fobs for the estate agents. No arrears were brought to my attention. Again in October I spoke to them to purchase a management pack for the sale of the property. I paid 300 for this, again no arrears were mentioned( as a side note, they were shockingly slow and held up my sale 2 weeks in supplying the management pack). I gave them every opportunity to put this right and refund the amounts I had to pay to avoid losing my sale. However, manager Andrew Egerton has not responded. I also noticed he has given his own company a 5 star rating on google, perhaps all of the 5 star ratings are from Hunter employees, as quite frankly I can't imagine anyone giving these criminals 5 stars!

Hunters always acted quickly to solve any issue raised managing the block very well. They are quick communicators and Sarah was on hand to assist very efficiently when I came to sell my property.

TERRIBLE BLOCK MANAGEMENT FIRM!-Former client. As a director of a small block of apartments in Liverpool i was tasked with searching for a new block management firm some years back. I chose Hunters RBM as its director gave a convincing pitch. Forward 5 years and we have had the management fee rise and rise to now well over 20% of the income .Of all the residents associations i have been involved with i have not known a firm to be more aggressive in taking money for its self. They charge for sending out late payment letters to residents (up to 70) but admit to not acutely sending anything, at best maybe an e-mail. When i sold my apartment they put all kinds of very dodgy charges on my account and very rudely would not consider that they were incorrect. After i had sold the property i forgot to cancel my direct debit for the service charge and they kept the money ignoring my requests for a refund despite all my account being settled when i completed my sale! If you are a director of a residents association looking for a good ,honest ,fair block management company DO NOT touch these people!
