I wouldn't even give it 1 star but that is the lowest rating possible! Had my hair coloured by Dawn, I wanted it blonde on top with a purple underneath (I've had this style many times from other hairdressers with no problems). The purple ran into the blonde turning it pink so Dawn suggested adding more bleach to turn the pink back to blonde. At this point my hair started going GREEN so she washed it off quickly. She didn't know what else to suggest apart from coming back the next working day which was a Monday to try sort her mistake out. As I was going on holiday on the Tuesday I declined as I didn't want it making more of a mess! At the same time my daughter had an appointment and wanted the new trendy silver/grey highlights. Dawn bleached her hair light at first so the colour would take better then added the silver/grey highlights. After it was done it turned out brown with blonde highlights! Dawn was stumped at why it wasn't sliver/grey and suggested starting again. As my daughter had just witnessed my hair turning green she politely declined. Dawn offered us both no compensation for the disastrous colours and said she would give us a discount! I was flabbergasted that I still had to pay!! We got into my car and cried all the way home. Our holiday was spoiled has we both had dodgy hair. AVOID lock,snip and colour at all costs! Her Facebook page has 5* rating but if you notice the ratings system as now been turned off!
