I was quoted 810 for a biopsy including follow up with the doctor. When I went for my follow up I was asked to pay again. The quote would have made more sense if it only said biopsy 810. I queried this but was told that they will continue to quote including follow up. I contacted 3 people at Spire who told me not to pay for the follow up. I also spoke to 3 other people that said I must pay. All I wanted was a biopsy with an easy to understand quote. Since first writing this review I have been told by the hospital that the biopsy was 821 pounds but it costs an extra 160 to get your results. So total price for biopsy is 981 including results, Hopefully one day they will realize that a biopsy quote that does not include results is a waste of time.
