Whisnant is a wizard with cars of all types. Specializes in Honda but can fix anything. He has an assistant that is knowledgeable across all makes. Together they make an unbeatable team that will always get the job done right!
I went and bought parts for my car for them to put on, and an oil change. Payed them cash upfront for the labor. Car was "done" a couple hours later and ready to be picked up. Started my car up as it was parked out front and noticed it was running very weird. COME TO FIND OUT, Jason (Whisnants employee) forgot to put even a drop of oil back in the motor after doing the oil change (that I paid for upfront!). So the sound I heard was my engine knocking because it was dry. If I hadn't of called them before I left picking up my car. My engine would have blew up no doubt. So luckily I had the issue fixed before any severe was done. THE NEXT DAY I went to the store and on my way home I started noticing my brakes were catching or skidding when I would try to slow down. I talked to Whisnant and was told I need to buy a whole new set of brakes and rotors for the front. and I literally had my brand new parts put on the day before. However, not till after me letting them know my issue, Then, was I told the parts I had we're questionable for working together with no issues. (Once you install parts on anything, the part is now used and cannot be returned) After talking to Whisnant himself, I was told he would install the new parts for free after I got them. So now I'm out of that money and have to buy new parts again. Which all could have been avoided and parts could have been returned if I was told they didn't know if they would cause problems or not. Just very misinformed and irritated because of not being informed before hand. 2. STARS
Fair, honest and good rates with work done right. I know personally that David won't let you down, you can depend on him with all your mechanical needs.
