We had amazing customer service with Sierra. She approached us with a smile upon entering, helped us find our product, then proceeded to teach my daughter about different pets in the store. Best experience we've ever had here! She has excellent customer service skills and overall people skills.

A cute local pet store with friendly staff!
Fish section is lame. The workers don’t have much information to offer about about their small stock that’s available. I’ve even visited and found five different tanks with the same fish labeled as different species. When I go in for help, the staff is fairly rude and offer little assistance as well. I guess if you’re after guppies they’ll take care of you, but if you want a unique tank set up, don’t bother.
Wonderful pet store Love going in to buy pet food & feel welcome to visit fish & other future pets of others(hahaha)
