I knew what was wrong with my vehicle. They insisted on doing a diagnostic any way. Ended up paying more than necessary. I told them repeatedly what the problem was and they argued. I paid an extra 120 so they could tell me what I already knew. Giving two stars cause they did the job. Would not recommend.

Great experience with Seth Motors after being referred to them by a local business owner! I’ve encountered numerous sleazy mechanics who tried to overcharged or take advantage because they thought I didn’t know any better, but Seth Motors was very honest, respectful, and professional. It’s a college town and I highly recommend them to students who are new in town—especially WOMEN—who want to be treated fairly. Good service, good price, good people.

I've used Seth's several times and I've never been disappointed. This time it was a MAJOR repair, and Chad went above and beyond to find parts for my vehicle and get it fixed at a great price. Could have been much, much, more expensive. They're very busy, so you have to wait your turn but I find it worth it. The guys are just very sweet!

I am an automotive enthusiast and as such, I want the best service with the best parts at a fair price. Seth Motors delivers! I have had a few repair visits with them now and I am a HUGE FAN! I can tell that Seth Motors cares about my cars as much as I do- even though my cars aren't fancy or high dollar, they are my passion and I take excellent care of them. So does Seth Motors. I trust them and I especially appreciate their customer service- Chad is a consummate professional and his willingness to provide excellent service is refreshing. He's happy to answer all of my questions, provide accurate written estimates and then keep me updated on the status of a repair- Chad truly goes above and beyond.
