Waited almost a week for someone to come out. Spent 5 minutes and decided my 18 month old washer had a fried computer. Charged me 89 and said they would call that afternoon with an estimate. That was 3 days ago. Total waste of time and money.

Worst experience ever. They came to my house to check my fridge and the water valve has to be replaced. They came back with the wrong valve and promised to get that fixed. After that they disappeared. Do not return my phone calls. Two moths and counting without running water or ice from my fridge.

***BEWARE***This company Alvic Appliances Services is absolutely the worst! Customer service is awful, owner and techs are extremely rude and do not keep appointments as scheduled. Talk over you and won't listen, they talk down to you like your stuptid. Don't understand how they are still in business.
