I am a mall employee, and I checked at 6:30 to make sure Auntie Anne’s closed later on Saturday. The paper on the door said they didn’t close until 7:30 today, so naturally I waited until my break at 7:00. I went, a half an hour later AT 7:00, and the sign was taken down and lights shut off and door locked.

The food here is amazing, I wish they had a location closer to me. Their pretzels are buttery soft and the hotdogs covered in the dough are to die for. The lemonade-sweet tea drinks are AMAZING.

I visited this place today and was highly impressed by the professionalism of the young staffers. There were 3 of them working out front, all in sync with each other. The cashier was super friendly and made sure orders were being fulfilled in a timely manner. Excellent job and a big thank you!

Super busy or slow store and I was in line for 20 minutes. There are five staff members and could have manager better.
