Very disappointed with the service and attitude that represented your company at the Ellenton Donation Center today. David was confrontational and argumentative with myself and my family tonight and completely acted unprofessional as we unloaded our donated items. He continued to state statements that were untrue and misrepresented your company. I have donated many items for the good of our community for years and was never made to feel the way this man made us feel. Please make sure that you have grateful and professional people as the face of your corporation. I will continue to donate but will find another donation center in the future.
