This office staff is an absolute JOKE. My husband and I were considering retiring here, paid our 100.00 fee on Dec. 14, 2020. Changed our mind real soon, no checks we ever initiated, so we get a full refund on our credit card or we thought. We have sent this office staff about four screen shots of our credit card bill showing purchase Ridgewood, Now they want us to fill out a W-9 Form. WHY!!! Just refund our money back to our credit card that was pretty simple. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY. Especially the ladies that handle the office.

Clean and well cared for community!! Watch out for the HOA, very clickish and aren't very welcoming to newcomers!! Nice pool, outdated clubhouses

I went into the neighborhood for boxes from a new resident. Gatekeeper was extremely pleasant. Google maps has addresses all wrong!!!

Nice clean community with mostly friendly residents...my neighbors are amazing. Lots of activities but usually when I'm working coz I'm lower aged senior. Very quiet community..especially in the evening. Something for everyone to enjoy.

Best manufactured home community in the Ellenton/Parrish area. Beautiful wooded landscaping and friendly residents. Fell in love with the community many years ago and bought a home! Have since moved away to another state but now moving back - and fell in love with Ridgewood Estates again after driving through.
