The people at Flowers in the Attic are simply amazing. These are the types of businesses that make America what it is. I had an emergency and was able to pop in, on a snowy day no less, and get awesome customer service and quality stems. Added the perfect touch to my clients centerpiece.

I spent 117. for 3 perpetual care flower arrangements on Feb. 6 2019. As of today ; no flowers no money. Talke with florist, Jamie was told to call owner, A. Harris. Tried to call goes to mailbox which is full. Called Jamie back and left voice mail. Guess we go to small claims court.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give this company no stars I would. I’m not sure how they received 5 stars unless the employees went it and rated them. This place has TERRIBLE costumer service. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day to be sent out. I found out the person never received them and called back to see what happened. Flowers in the Attic outsourced my request to a third company without my knowledge. When trying to get my money back I had to call the third company who insisted they never received the order one but agreed to put in to have flowers in the attic refund me. A couple of weeks later still no refund. I called up there on three separate occasions and in which I was told the manager was never there but would give me a call back. To now when I call no one answers. I have no involved my bank and will let them handle the matter. I would NEVER order from this company or advise someone to do so. No type of costumer reach out to try and ractify the issue. They’re 5 stars are a joke.
Placed an order via the internet and the order was never rec'd. When I called to verify etc the phone kept going to vm and now its full. I filed a report with the BBB. If you are looking for reliable service please don't use this company. The Best in floral service for all occasions Beautiful and quality flowers you can rent flowers for funerals sprays and casket blankets very reasonable artificial flower Caskets blankets if you are having a Cremation service and just don't want live flowers.
