Excellent customer service
I switched from Walmart for my mom's meds. I get a text to pick up meds. I ask them when I pick them up is this all of them. She says yes. Now my mom calls and says no its not all its just 1 of them (which is crazy because its was supposed to be automatically synced, so how is it just one?!) So I've been trying to call but I actually have to go there because no one picks up. So annoying.
Pharmacy morning staff was very rude however I can back later in the afternoon and had a much better experience!
3 months ago I would have given the pharmacy staff 6 stars BUT since then they've cheated me outta medicine 4 different times. I kept getting shorted on my albuterol Neb vials. It says filled 360mg. Eas filled But when I opened it, it was just 90mg which is 1 double box. It's not even a narcotic med! I had a partial refill left on my soma for 70 pills where they'd ran out&now it shows I had a script filled for 20 pills no refills remaining. It doesn't do any good to call em. I just hang up in tears. Im so done with them. I can't take it anymore. It shouldn't be this hard. Ever
