Amazing how the reviews for ABC are either 5 star or 1 star!! Suspicious to me that!!!! Could this be real tenants giving real reviews or is it the landlords? Also I think the 4.1.17 gagging order against tenants complaing on social media for 3 years is a nice touch great contract manager can I have his phone number.

Having rented a property from them for nearly 3 years. Only had one visit and was praisedfor it. Few months ago. Put my notice in...wow attitude is not the word for the way i have been treated since. Now refusing to give me deposit back. The way i was spoken to when i went in was disgusting. Off to solicitors today wouldn't recommend rentingfrom them.

First class experience from start to finish ! I can not recommend this company enough. Unlike my previous experiences of letting agents, this company have truly been brilliant from the start of the Tenancy to the finish. Until just over a week ago, I lived in a property on the Wirral which was rented out for just over 2 years. During which time I found all the staff professional, very knowledgable and polite throughout my Tenancy. Whenever I called to request a repair, they were carried out in a timely manner without any issues whatsoever. I only left the property as I purchased my own. Therefore I can highly recommend ABC property shop to anyone thinking of renting a property now or in the future.

Avoid this Agent. This is a joke. Still wondering why this Agent stil here. Letting me an old apartment. Just after 3 months, we had to moved out there was mould on the wall, which affected our newborn baby. And the ridiculous part is that the Agent didn't return the deposit and used the deposit for re-decorating the wall due to mould. They compromised with a private contractor saying that the mould was because of the tenants. This is a joke. Never never never deal with this ABC property. A truly recommendation

We was suppose to going away for the weekend in one of there properties for a weekend, however due to COVID-19 it was cancelled these refused to give us the money back and said there company was not offering refunds. This it outrange keep away from this company and there prepares they are con artists what sort of people cash in on something like this? a company with no morals
