I hired a van to move house and my interactions began over email and then over the phone. I can't fault the staff there. Top quality service. Super helpful and charismatic. Very easy to deal with and professional. Even when I had accidentally left something in the van after I had returned the van. It was no hassle or bother at all and was able to retain my forgotten items no issues the next day. Highly recommend this company, brilliant service.

0 stars fir Addhire *AVOID *AVOID *AVOID and use elsewhere read “the small print” of there contract in detail!!! the top of their vans are not covered by insurance!! moved house hired a box van which has several large scuffs and scrapes on it when collected yet still being rented out! A tree scraped the top of the which we explained when returning the vehicle being honest, the man who checked it over advised it hadn’t pierced the skin so didn’t see an issue they kept the cash deposit of 200 and billed us for a further 400 for repair saying the top of the van is not covered! I called them saying we were sorry but my husband has lost his job and we couldn’t afford 600, they said pay up or we will send a bailiff they followed this up with a threatening letter I ended up paying this on a credit card, you should we ashamed to do this to hard working people you are a a back street firm on the make your vehicles should be covered by insurance you are a total disgrace *AVOID *AVOID *AVOID

I hired a tail lift for a day. I booked over the phone. The lady over the phone was well informed and really helpful. I arrived and was dealt with in a very professional manner. The gent showed me around the vehicle. Although this was just hiring a van this company made you feel looked after. Thoroughly recommended!!
