Visited the store today to be greeted by very friendly staff who advised me of the extra 30% off selected items! After a quick browse around and only looking for a T-shirt I left with a great new winter coat, roll neck jumper and T-shirt’s. have to say the staff were amazing and gave me great advice on which size to go for!! Thanks for the help will be back soon.

Great offers on at the mo. Limited sizes such as jeans. Fine if your 28-30 or 38-40 waist. Quick in the queue and the staff are friendly and polite when explaining the stores covid arrangements.

I understand totally how COVID19 is affecting everything at the moment. I understand queueing to get into shops is normal and to have to queue at a till but to arrive at the till to be told I am sorry I can't take cash at this till you will have to queue for the other till which had a customer that had 20 item being scanned through as there was no cash in the till I was at, I said but I have the exact money and to still be told it couldn't be accepted is just totally unacceptable customer service. I was quite happy to take my purchase even without receipt

Great staff, they are really friendly and helpful but never pushy. Some of the clothes are a bit gothic for my taste but there are some real gems in there- great leather and very well cut clothing which is rare these days.

Good service. Went above and beyond to order an alternate colour of an item. Would have bought the other colour anyway but still they were happy to order stock in to fulfil the best option. Thanks!
