Crooks. I knew these were crooks and their recent prosecution and fine of 24,118 was nice to see :) They have been exploiting vulnerable customers for far too long.

Used them to buy and rent out our latest property. I have tried several places before we ended up with Andrews who made the whole experience easy and quick.
Awful company I would not recommend them if you have a property to let or want to let a property. They charge landlords a fee and mess up their tenancy agreements. They falsely advertised properties and rental agreement. Staff are not helpful and have know urgency to get problems resolved. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
So disappointed. Trying to view flats with them for 10 days now. They have not rung me back once!!! I have rung them 4 times. They said manager would ring me today after I complained - nothing yet again. Rubbish customer service. Feel sorry for anyone trying to sell property with them. Why wouldn't you keep in touch with potential buyers????
