Absolutely awful service and rude, initially I thought this was an excellent company, fitter came out (subcontractor and very knowledgeable) as there were some issues with the room he strongly advised we had these issues sorted before the floor was fitted and that someone would be round from the shop within an hour to have a look and see what the options were. 2 hours later and still waiting I phoned the shop and asked about the possibility of a refund, at which point I was told I was wasting their time and it was my fault the job wasn’t done and they couldn’t care less whether I went back to them or not as I was a massive inconvenience as they would have to send a van to pick the flooring and underlay up. Extremely disappointed
