Seems I have the same complaint as everyone else. The automatic renewal is a real joke and so unethical. Considering we have been a client for several years, they just decided to auto renew us without any discussion as to whether we were getting any value from the product. It's not just the auto-renewal that we have an issue with - the quality of the data is poor and the customer service has been below par. After I've complained about their new \auto renew\ policy, they've threatened me with legal action if we don't pay the invoice. STAY WELL CLEAR
