Miles away from a decent customer service.I wait for over an hour to be served(only 3 customers before me). Plenty staff but only one counter open, definitely the man over counter was struggling but no one from front (3 to 4 waiting staff) when to help him or asked customers to help them.Never again Ellesmere Port Barclay Bank branch. Good customer service Barclay branches straggler with staff are threatened of closings are already closed. Barclay Ellesmere Port branch for sure not have this problems, good number of staffs , good number of old customer. Needs a good new customer service training.Horrible service.

No real effort to provide a decent standard of customer service. Providing one window is utterly unacceptable. There is always a queue for the window service, so obviously this is the service people want more of. Trying to push customers to bank online will only make them look for an alternative bank.
Whenever I have been there has only been one cashier, plenty of staff roaming around inside literally standing around. Queues always 10 mins minimum. Not everybody wants to use cash machines to deposit money or get balances, which they seem to be pushing for there. More cashiers needed.
Parking is a bit of an issue here, very rearly find a space, layout of the bank has changed, probably a reflection of the cashless society we live in now, staff are always very helpful, friendly and polite.
