We have had such a great experience with Barratts from start to finish. James in the sales office has always been on hand to answer any queries and has kept us informed every step of the way. Even after the sale James, Stewart and Craig have made sure that we are 100% happy with the property and have made sure that any issues have been resolved promptly. All the lads on site have always acted professionally and have been mindful of residents. I don't know why i had any reservations about buying a new build as the whole process has been clear and straight forward. We got exactly what we wanted with no big issues and it was great watching the progress of the house build week by week. I would definitely recommend Barratts to anyone who is looking to buy a new build property.
Didn't help us at all looked at us snotty when we went to inquirer about buying like we cudnt afford it left feeling belittled
Good build if you like I prefer older properties Victorian style some were which you can change and up grade new properties these days are too small rooms too tiny
