Agreed an appointment, but they did not turn up. When we contacted them to find out why? They blamed us for cancelling. When we pointed out we did no such thing they then blamed their office for not forwarding our full details. A company that cannot keep appointments and accept responsibility when they are wrong is not worth dealing with.
