Purchased some shirts which arrived as stated. Unfortunately they were too big so returned them to exchange for smaller. Within 5 days of returning my new shirts had arrived and during this time I had spoken to customer service who were excellent at sending updates and very helpful. The shirts are excellent quality and better than anything I have worn before. I would highly recommend this company for both their products and services. 1st class, I will be ordering from them again.

Excellent service all round. Ordered numerous items and received an e-mail almost immediately from Martin telling me an item was unavailable, and asking did I want a refund or something else. I e-mailed Martin that night after choosing something else, got a reply the next morning, and the price difference was refunded there and then. I received my original parcel the day after ordering, and the replacement item the day after that. Very happy with everything and the sizing is great, wish I'd have found this place sooner.
I did order the wrong size. Then returned it with a return sticker saying wrong size can you send new size out. No hesitation 4 days later new clothes. Fit brilliant Many thanks.
Well what a find. Been looking everywhere for jeans or chinos that fit my shape, large round the middle, thick thighs and short legs all to no avail having had large numbers of items delivered from supposed big fit clothing ranges and all returned because of either a very poor fit or not fitting at all. Wife found the Big Dude website as I had nearly given up hope and... BINGO! First pair of jeans ordered fit properly...and at a very reasonable price... fantastic. Great next day service if required. Clothes are good quality which I can’t fault. However, I have twice ordered blazers from them which arrived literally screwed up in a ball and stuffed into a plastic bag. I had to take them to a dry cleaners to have them pressed before I could wear them. Won’t be ordering again due to the dreadful state my clothes arrived in two times running. Big dude clothing- you need to up your delivery game.
