Visited here for the first time ever and felt like a big kid. Got a bear for my baby boy for christmas and it was the most magical experience seeing it being made. As it was an outlet the prices were very reasonable. Staff professional and made the experience very personal. Can't wait to visit again.

A really great outlet branch for this chain of stores. Staff were excellent, went above and beyond. Very attentive service. The stock was good with plenty of choice and all at lower-than-high-Street prices. A spacious shop too so not pushing past people to get to things.
I took my daughter to get a bear...I didn't quite understand why she couldn't di the pedal...it's not like our feet carry covid?!
Always friendly and very helpful my daughter loves this place , a bit of a queue but nothing major, such shame it has to close for lockdown.

My husband and I took our little girl for her first ever trip today to get a birthday bear as she is turning 4 in a couple of days. The shop was very well organised with what's going on due to covid the young girl at the door was extremely helpful. She was also very friendly when she served us at the till, making my daughter feel really special ringing the bell to wish her a happy birthday my daughter came away sooo happy will definitely be visiting again
