Absolutely amazing service by the staff at carphone. Managed to get me out of my current contract to get me the phone I wanted. Brilliant deal and couldn't be happier with my phone. Anyone looking for a new phone should go here
Tried to offer me 100 less for my old phone claiming the side button didn’t work. Easily disproved this claim there and then. Used the button, it worked. As it had done for 2 years. Total fabrication and a ruse in the hope I’d take a lower price. Not even a good effort in trying to scam me.
Staff were excellent, couldn't help me enough and I absolutely love my phone! Got such a good deal from Jac and would recommend to anyone looking for a new phone.
