2nd and last time my family orders from this place. Both times the food was disgusting. Chips reheated to the point where they were dry and chewy. Soup was the consistency of phlegm and was tasteless. All meals sub standard. Come on guys don't treat your customers like this, make an effort!!!

Opted for the roast duck in chilli and garlic!! Wow, duck certainly wasn’t roasted, it was only just cooked. My partner had beef curry and fried rice, again tasteless even though he asked for extra chilli. Awful crispy chips, on the plus side the noodles were nice.

2 and a half hours, that's how long it took to get my order delivered! Tried to ring them a second time 20 minutes before it arrived, they picked up the phone and didn't answer it, THEY HAD TAKEN IT OFF THE HOOK!I tried to cancel 10 minutes before it arrived, they refused to refund me. Will NOT be ordering from them ever again.

Waited one hour and thirty minutes for a quoted max of one hour epxpected delivery time, when rung an hour later they said itd be longer when it arrived thirty minutes later food was luke warm and delivery driver was not appolgetic for the long delivery time.

Excellent food 1st time we ordered was hot&alot of it,great price very tasty.i had the vermicelli &my partner had special fried rice.Delicious will definitely be ordering again.Thanks China palace
