I took my 12yo for ear piercing here this week and was looked after so well by the assistant manager. We weren't rushed, the lady was really lovely and friendly, and we're delighted with the end result. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Don't go in the school holidays - 1000's of little girls wanting to buy sparkly headbands seriously, the staff do well keeping it all together

The staff were so kind to a child with autism who struggles in crowds and queues. They gave us a time slot to come back for ear piercing so he didn't get distressed in the queue. They offered to turn the music down for him. Without the adjustments they provided he wouldn't of been able to manage, we had to leave another shop without getting his ears done, because he got overwhelmed. They made him very happy, he has wanted his ears pierced for such a long time. Thank you Jen and Sarah!

Visited on Thursday. Whilst queuing outside I stepped inside just to grab my 3 year old who had stepped into the shop. Was very rudely told by a member of staff that I must wait my turn and to go back outside.... obviously thought I hadn’t read the sign on the window that clearly states to queue... completely understand Covid regulations and safety measures in place but even my daughter jumped and looked scared when we were asked to go out and queue... put us off ever going back in I’m afraid...

Really rude staff. The woman could easily see we were looking at headbands as we were trying them on. Yet she barged in front of me and my sister and stood in the way trying to rearrange the shelves right in front of us. Then when I went to pay the other woman didn’t greet me or smile at all the whole time. I wasn’t expecting much however It doesn’t cost anything to have manners.

Horrible I would not recommend to buy false nails from there ever again. Me and one of my family members put them on last night with the nail glue. We both had a reaction were around the nails are red as anything. The nail glue has caused a bad reaction. NEVER EVER BUY FALSE NAILS FROM CLAIRES UNLESS U WANT A REACTION !!!!
