Originally with another agent because they were cheaper but only when I went back to Clive Watkin after ZERO communication and generally feeling really unsatisfied with my existing agent did I realise how different service could actually be. In comparison Matt, Anthony and the rest of team are a really pro-active and passionate bunch with plenty of experience and knowledge that put me at ease. They talked to me constantly from start to finish. Myself, friends and family will be lifetime customers.
We have had excellent service from all staff particularly Linda (Little sutton) and Val (Willaston) they have kept us fully informed off all the transactions Everyone has been very professional in their roles nothing has been any trouble answering all our questions . We would recommend you to our friends and family without hesitation.
