Lovely helpful staff at this store - I bought a charm over the phone as a Christmas gift, it was posted out straight away and I received it the next day along with a gift bag and clogau paper to wrap it in - brilliant customer service.

Bought a bracelet over the phone from the shop . They posted same day. Was delivered 24 hours later by Royal Mail . Well packaged . 2 days later found that I needed to return as my sister in law had already got it . No problem returning and full refund given . That's what you call 5 star rating

Friendly assistant who helped me straight away. Even thou the store didn't have the ring i wanted as they are an outlet, the lady named Sue rang to the Broughton store and she asked them to save the ring as they had my size. She also gave us the address and directions. Great customer service
