I am absolutely delighted with my hanging slate heart sign from Custom Gift Studio! I was totally stuck for a gift idea for my mum, and she loves her garden and I thought this was ideal. Customising the words and the font is really easy on the website and you can even see how it will look. Great value too and delivery was fast. Highly recommended!
Yesterday, I purchased a custom picture frame for my mums birthday. what was meant to take 10-15 mins took over an hour! The frame in the shop window was advertised to come with a stand. however, the lady serving us failed to inform us that it was just for display and I ended up paying 30 for what was literally a wooden picture frame with a few letters engraved which I wouldn't have done had I known.
Received the bamboo chopping board and disappointed with the size of product and didn't feel it reflects there description! On looking at other products on there website, they had length, width and depth but this specific one I ordered they only stated length. On calling the company they disagreed with my issue.
I purchased an engraved bamboo coffee cup for my Dad from Custom Gift Studio whilst I was shopping at Cheshire Oaks at the weekend and I accidentally left without collecting it. I called them up and they kindly offered to post it to me free of charge. It arrived today, so promptly and I really appreciated the service. Rosie was fantastic. I will definitely be shopping with them again, the products are great and ideal for gifts. Thank you again.

Went on Saturday and saw another LFC 2020 Premiership board, needless to say I had to have it! The guys are always very polite and helpful. Will need bigger wall if this keeps up
