When i attended the EE store i was a little tentative about swapping from O2, but as i made the leap a young chap called brandon helped make this effortless and sorted me a top phone beating all prices i previously got from the other phone suppliers! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE THANK YOU BRANDON!!!!

Ryan and Amy are incredible staff. Sorted me out with an even better deal on my iPhone 11 than I ever thought I was going to get. When the online live chat staff where rude to me, these guys sorted me out. Was in store for about an hour, had a good laugh, felt relaxed and cared about. Fantastic knowledge of the phone, the service and very well explained! Ryan even put my new screen protector on for me (spot on job). Couldn't recommend them both highly enough. Cheers guys!!

Sales guys were very helpful and not at all pushy which is great. When I said I wanted the (at the time) new Samsung Note 9 they didn't have it stock. So they went to the nearest store and picked it up for me. From end to end we were done in 1hr which was great. I'd really recommend this team and store!

Not typically one to leave negative reviews, however in this instance I feel it is deserved. I attended the store at Cheshire oaks this afternoon to request a proof of purchase, the same request as a day earlier in the liverpool store. The liverpool one store were fantastic with two ladies helping with no problems, very friendly - just a typo in the document meant I needed an updated version. Unfortunately nowhere near the same level of customer service from this store. The initial lady who attempted to help was pleasant enough and although she couldn't assist did say she would speak to the manager, Dan who was sat in the corner like an hormonal teenager. Rather then move, he decided to whisper under his breath so I couldn't hear that he couldn't help, hardly looking up from his phone. When informed by the lady that Dan stated nothing they could do, I asked for more feedback as I was able to get it extremely quickly the day before.. Again Dan barely looking up did address me but simply said nothing could be done and if liverpool had sorted it the day before I may as well go back there and they'll do it again. No interest in helping at all, shocking example of how to look after a customer or show even a little bit of interest. What an absolute tool and safe to say I will not be returning to that store. Would be a ZERO star if possible
