GS Medical Ltd, I have had the pleasure of working with EMS Healthcare. While working with a large Trust in installing new equipment in the hospital we needed a mobile Endoscopy and decontamination solution while upgrading works were being carried out. Working closely with management and the engineering team within the Trust, the decision was made to go with EMS. It has been such a pleasure from the start to deal with the team, from the outset they have been detailed, efficient and professional. Obviously setting up a until like this in a very short turnaround period unexpected issues can arise and EMS have dealt everyone in a utterly efficient and professional manner. The customer is installing all new Cantel RapidAER’s /EDC drying cabinets and Surestore systems in the hospital, all of which are used in the mobile EMS unit, this is highly beneficial to the staff as the will be totally proficient with the equipment once the upgrading works are complete. The customer is hugely impressed and extremely pleased with the unit and the EMS team. We have already had several requests from other customers to come see the unit and look forward to working with EMS Healthcare in the future.
