Excellent service from the team here. I needed a car at very short notice (less than 2 hours) and they had one available, in the size I wanted. No photo driving licence was not an issue for this branch, unlike booking centrally. Car was clean, all controls explained clearly, made sure I was happy with everything before taking any money. Picked me up from home, dropped me off at the end of the hire period. No extra charge, and no waiting around. Next time I need to hire a car, I will be contacting this branch directly, no messing about with Central booking lines or online..

We would highly recommend this place for hiring a car. The car was in mint condition and the staff were very friendly and polite.the process of hiring the vehicle was fast and easy. The location was easy to find and access the m53.

Location staff were very kind and helpful. They definitely made a huge effort to rectify the poor job done by the central booking office. When I booked the car by phone I was told the location had the car I wanted and it was booked for me. When I got there they had no car available! However they went to the local Ford garage to collect a car that had just been serviced so I could drive away quickly. It wasn't the car I expected but it was ok for what I needed. 5 stars for the location. One star for the booking office.

Very well maintained and clean vehicles. However, I was not informed that there was a 200 deposit upon hiring the vehicle.
