My partner proposed from a ring from your self, it was absolutely amazing, we came in to have it changed, the staff couldn't help us more, we had a little accident spilling hot chocolate everywhere (my 4 Yr old) and they was complety understanding and made us feel very welcome, 10/10 regarding all aspects..

A fan of Ernest Jones Jewellers, but my first visit to this Ellesmere Port shop on the 5th October and had an exellent experience shopping here. I was looked after by Kelly and Rhian who was very knowledgeable and extremely professional regarding my Breitling watch purchase. I would highly recommend this business and these members of staff to anyone. Kelly and Rhian are an absolute credit to the Ernest Jones Establishment. Thankyou for looking after me. ))))
