We currently rent a unit on this site and have found it great so far. We own a cafe and get good custom from all of the other units on site and everyone is pleasant and friendly. Regus themselves are very approachable and they bent over backwards for us when we were first opening up, to make sure we could open on time. All in all I am very happy here and have no complaints although installation of on site cctv for security reasons would be welcomed.

We rent from Regus, and are overall satisfied with the service they offer, the prices are fair, and include all rates EXCEPT water drainage, the staff are always quick to respond to any problems and nothing ever seems like too much for them. We've always had a response under 10 hours to every mail query left, and never had a dropped phone call. For this to be a fair review I also have to leave the bad points, which is the area's fault more than Regus' - the main concern here is the number of break-ins that happen in the area, which is something easily combated by installing your own security (we have roller shutters and internal CCTV) - but it would be nice to see Regus take this on as a recognised issue and install site based security too.
