Probably purchased around 6 watches from this place over the past 3 months and the staff are amazing there. Always helpful and always happy. The lad with tats is sound as so is the young lady working there highly recommend. They always remember me when I go back too lovely staff as a whole team

Oh my goodness what can we say....My friend and I shopped here for a briefcase for our friends 60th birthday. We had ordered 3 online but weren't sure. We went in to Fossil and a fabulous lady called Wendy served us. She was fun, informative and good at selling, but also charming. She explained how the discounts worked and when we told her we would think about it, she was lovely and said "Just to let you know whichever one you buy we can emboss with your friends initials ".... we left the shop but soon went back and bought a briefcase from Wendy.. what a lovely experience. We would go again ...thank you Katie and Deb

This is one of my favourite stores in this outlet mall. Every time we visit we end up buying something. Great selection of watches, and on the right day the prices can be unbelievable with upto 70% off. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant shopping experience. Nice design and layout of store.

Terrible experience with my daughter. I have medical exemption for a face mask..... the staff were shocking.. I explained I had exemption .. they continually demanded proof..one female member of staff with brown hair spoke disgustingly to me. I asked for the head office number to complain and she shouted to me ‘get it yourself and get out of the store’ followed by ‘screw you’ when I was leaving the shop. I was totally and utterly devastated. How on earth can this be allowed to happen !
